Cancellation Policy

Hey Gorgeous! 💕 Just a quick reminder of our beauty lounge policies to help keep everything running smooth & fabulous! ✨ 💖 A 25% deposit is required to book and goes toward your service. 💖 Please give 48+ hrs notice for any reschedules/cancellations. 💖 Less than 48 hrs notice = 50% fee. 💖 A second last-minute cancel = 100% fee. 💖 15+ mins late = considered a no-show & fee applies. 💖 New clients/services: please arrive 15 mins early to fill out forms unless done online! ****IMPORTANT**** We kindly ask that NO CHILDREN or ADDITIONAL GUESTS accompany your appointment, as a full-service salon environment requires a CALM, SAFE, & FOCUSED atmosphere for both clients and staff. Your Appt will be canceled in either event & you will be forced to pay for your APPT in FULL. ****IMPORTANT**** Any unpaid invoices will be automatically charged to the card on file if not paid by the stated due date.
